Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Every order is packed with care and a little cozy magic. Please allow 3–5 business days for your items to be prepared and shipped. During busy seasons and holidays, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Methods

All orders ship via USPS. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Please note that carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, USPS may be unable to deliver your order — and we'd hate for your happy mail to get lost!

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to USPS, it's in their care. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or appears lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to open a claim. We're happy to provide any information you need to help with that process.

Damaged Orders

If anything arrives damaged, please email us at hello@forcebuilderco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
