Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Is my order tracked?
Stickers and bookmarks ship by untracked USPS First-Class Mail. Larger items like figurines, light-up houses, and apparel ship with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number by email. If an untracked order hasn't arrived after 14 days, email us at hello@forcebuilderco.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.

Yes! Buy any 5 eligible items and get 20% off automatically at checkout. New subscribers also get 10% off their first order when they join our email list.

Can I personalize my order?
Select items, like our light-up houses, offer personalization options. Look for them on the product page before you check out.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel your order? You have 1 hour from the time of purchase to do so. To cancel, log into your account, locate your order, and submit your cancellation request. After 1 hour, your order may already be in production or processing and we won't be able to cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every product in our shop is handmade, printed, or custom-designed in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damages & Issues
We want you to love what you receive. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives — if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@forcebuilderco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll evaluate it and make it right with a replacement or another solution.
