Order Cancellation

Need to cancel your order? You have 1 hour from the time of purchase to do so. To cancel, log into your account at the bottom of our website at forcebuilderco.com, locate your order, and submit your cancellation request. After 1 hour, your order may already be in production or processing and we won't be able to cancel it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every product in our shop is handmade, printed, or custom-designed in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damages & Issues

We want you to love what you receive. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives — if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@forcebuilderco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll evaluate it and make it right with a replacement or another solution.
